This Privacy Policy describes how Gruber Systems & Consulting (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you interact with this API testing environment or opt in to receive automated SMS routing tests.
If you submit a test payload via our web forms, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, SMS consent status, the timestamp of consent, and technical network data (such as IP address) sufficient to log that authorization for carrier compliance.
We use this information strictly to execute serverless functions, trigger automated webhook routing, deliver requested SMS system pings, and maintain a compliance ledger of your opt-in. This data is used exclusively for functional system testing.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for any promotional use.
We utilize the Telnyx API as our backend telecommunications gateway solely to route and deliver the SMS pings triggered by your form submission. Telnyx processes this payload as a service provider and does not retain your opt-in data for its own marketing.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on active testing. Reply STOP to cancel testing alerts. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, the webhook will not route further SMS to your device, except for a single mandatory network confirmation of your opt-out.
We retain consent records on the server for as long as needed to demonstrate authorized API access and operate the testing environment, and then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.
